Maybe someone knows how it is from Viševnik towards Srenjski preval and left down to Jezerc?

From Viševnik to Srenjski preval path dry, left down to Jezerca snow - suitable crampons for safer steps. Mali Draški vrh dry except smaller snow tongue which can be bypassed. Horizontal path along MDV slope towards saddle between MDV and VDV (Na Kontah) dry except two exposed gullies - crampons, ice axe. Along eastern ridge of VDV combination of rock with some snow. At top of VDV a tame mouse lives under rocks (like years ago on Kukova špica). Recommended for crust of bread. Descent to Jezerce via snow tongues in ski touring descent direction - crampons recommended. Good luck and lots of enjoyment!

Today I wandered with my better half around Pokljuka, and we went to Viševnik too. Situation more April-like nasmeh

Today from Pokljuka to Viševnik, further to Lipance and back to Rudno polje. Flowering nature in nice weather.

Some souvenirs from wandering around Pokljuka and view from Viševnik to neighboring hills and Pokljuka forests, and hanging out with like-minded souls.
For this view, you just need to make a little effort.1

Since I haven't been to Viševnik for a long time, I decided today for a loop tour to this always well-visited peak. From Rudno polje, via Jezerca to Srenjski preval, from there to Viševnik summit and return via "usual" past ski slope back to start. Morning was quite cold at Rudno polje, but warmed up quickly with walking. Plenty of people, though from Jezerca to summit met no one, and even there alone for a few minutes, hard to believe given Viševnik's popularity. But soon changed, during descent met hikers ascending in almost continuous column. Early bird gets the worm, but wasn't that early (start just after 7 from Rudno polje). Path bp. Only annoying was walking on road, felt like strolling on Celovška road during morning rush. At end, coffee on hotel terrace at biathlon center and watching youth training cross-country and biathlon.

Today my daughter and I set off to find some sunshine, and we succeeded. On the way to Jesenice it was already lightly raining, Rudno polje very cloudy/foggy, at Plesišče the sun came out. Larches slowly turning yellow, path mostly dry and bp.

Conditions on Viševnik wintery. Below whitened, towards top almost knee-deep snow. Path trodden and without problems.nasmeh

Viševnik today completely different than yesterday. Track nicely done, in my opinion without peculiarities, caution anyway... quite a few hikers, in short nice, wintery...nasmeh

Golden larches, snow-covered mountains and a wonderful Saturday.

From Rudno polje to Viševnik, which offered really a lot this time. Path nicely trodden, views very nice, huge number of hikers. Lots of snow for this time, but no problems. At the top we stayed longer due to no wind, express descent to the valley. Then drive to Vršič, where I climbed Slemenova špica alone. Weather somewhat spoiled during the day, but still some nice motifs.
