From Celje to Žalec it's.....snowing

In Ljubljana it snowed heavily again overnight. In the second half of the night more than 15cm of new snow fell.
In Pržanj even more always falls, since at the end station of line 7 municipal workers are on duty right in trucks. Right over Pržanj hill past Šentvid runs the circulation of north wind belts. Wind then continues over Podutik, Vrhovce, Vič and then circles back on the marsh to Rudnik and Most.. Today's snow cover no longer lags much behind Krvavec. Attaching some pictures.

On Ponikvah near Škaberj this saying doesn't hold. On the way from Genoa I stopped at a buddy's and lo and behold, the lady already brought a whole platter of home-made prosciutto to the wine cellar. Then my buddy and I topped it off with teran.

So you really believe those forecasters for four days ahead who sometimes miss even the next day?

weather forecast on www.ilmeteo.it is so accurate you can't believe it.
On Sunday 21.nov they forecasted for Friday 26.nov that snow would start in LJ at 13h. Off by half an hour.
Accurate also for Monte Rosa in June (4 days ahead) and Moelltal glacier in November (3 days ahead). Miss by an hour or two if unlucky. If I hadn't followed closely for a long time, I wouldn't believe.

I have different experiences. From forecast "mostly clear without afternoon showers" I got drenched (not once!) and on forecast "cloudy with precipitation, summits in clouds", the Kredarica camera showed sunshine all damn day...

For years I've followed weather forecasts on foreign portals. On ours only informatively (that is, to see how wrong they'll be if they are  )
This Ilmeteo surprises not only me, but many acquaintances. Positively, of course.
