Slavi0902, really nice photos. Until I get a new camera mine sadly won't be better. Today I'm adding them from the tour around Zaplate.

Lepi luk - Allium carinatum - lukovke, it grew right in front of the little church on Jakob.

Bela homulica - Sedum album - tolstičevke, it grew on the rock right behind the church on Jakob.

I stumbled upon a wonderful flower along the path from Hudičeva boršta to Javorov vrh on a pasture. There were several. This is močvirski meček - Gladiolus palustris - perunikovke.

Near the meček I spotted šopasta zvončica - Campanula thyrsoides carniolica, unfortunately already almost wilted. There was no other one around.

On this slope I came across a quite large stand of completely white sternbergovih klinčkov - albinos. Strange, they grew on sunny terrain.

Also my lepljivi lan - Linum viscosum - lanovke, which I saw for the first time this year, also at the same site.

Around Hudičev boršt there are large stands of dobre misli - wild oregano.

Today a couple of flowers from the tour around Triglav. I have lots of them, I still need to figure out the names.

Round-leaved pennycress - Thlaspi rotundifolium - crucifers, tumbled on the path to Planika in scree.

A very similar flower is Pyrenean rockcress Petrocalis pyrenaica - crucifers, but it has different leaves.

I convinced myself it is really Pyrenean rockcress. It grows at the same site as pennycress. Both are quite common around here.

Already on the path to Planina Pangrščica I encountered a sedge on a rock. It is the Bohinj sedge.

Around Planika huge stands of Triglav pink, also shiny cinquefoil - potentilla nitida - pinks.

There around there is also a lot of alpine poppy - papaver alpinum subsp. ernesti mayeri.

And the Ovirense alyssum - alyssum ovirense - crucifers.

It should be the Austrian catchfly. Growing in the Kurica area.

Besides the normally colored naked adenostyles glabra - nebinovka, also its albino brother.

Another two pairs of friends. Whorled lousewort pedicularis verticillata - black hellebore and one of the low gentians.

And another pair, alpine forget-me-not - mysotis alpestris - scorpionweed and stemless catchfly - silene acaulis - campions.

The urge didn't let me rest, not to search for unknown flowers. On every tour I discover many such that I encounter for the first time this year, though I've already done about forty tours in various places this year.

I came across the inflated gentian - Gentiana utriculosa - gentian again. The flower is just as large as the Triglav one. However, it has a bladder-like calyx - according to Vlado Ravnik - and more flowers.

This is the dwarf gentian - Gentiana pumila - gentians.

There are many creeping gypsophila - klinčnice everywhere. We can't miss it because it's slightly pink.

Around the Pangrščica mountain pasture there are many golden aconite - Aconitum ranunculifolium - aconites.

In the rocks of Kurica, hidden from the sun, the twinflower violet Viola biflora - violets still blooms. We recognize it by its large green leaves.

And also Traunfellner's buttercup - Ranunculus traunfellneri - buttercups. We recognize it by the more dissected leaves. The flowers are very similar to alpine buttercup.

We also have white pennycress, I found out it's Kerner's pennycress - Thlaspi minimum - crucifers. Rasel is next to its pink relative.

In the grassy hollow on Visoka Vrbanova špica next to the marmot there is a huge stand of hybrid buttercup - Ranunculus hybridus - zlatičevka.

Should be South Alpine mouse-ear chickweed - Cerastium carinthiacum - klinčnica - 20 cm high, the single-flowered is only 8 cm high and has hairy leaves, flowers identical.

Already on the path under Rjavina to Krma there is a lot of this flower along the path. It is low valerian - Valeriana supina.

Fringed stitchwort. Quite a bit on the path across Kurica towards Planika.

Fringed stitchwort - Moehringia ciliata - stitchworts.

This is slender-stemmed speedwell Veronica aphylla. Grows along the path over Kurica towards Planika.

Today for a taste from past tours while waiting for tomorrow, when going to Jalovec from Tamar.

This is the Triglav rose - potentilla nitida L. - cinquefoils - also shiny finger.

Another habitat of this wonderful little rose.

Alpine toadflax - linaria alpina - toadflaxes is a beautiful decoration of scree landscape.

I can't help but show the wonderful red nigritellas - nigritella rubra - orchids - from the tour around the Triglav Lakes. They grew on Veliko Špičje.

Nice hikes you do, Velkavrh.
On pics 11 and 12 it's definitely not short-haired popkoresa. That grows only in the area of Črna prst and Porezen. Probably hairy popkoresa.
Triglav edelweiss on second pic is also questionable. For ID, leaves are important too, not just flower. Probably low edelweiss.

Peter2, yes, it's written about popkoresa in that publication as I noted. Now I have it in my hands and am checking again. The pic is bad. Likewise, the pic is bad in the German book by Lippert, so recognition is really delicate. Checking again the pic of low edelweiss in the booklet Alpine plants by Lippert and Wraber, and it has a different flower center - white center star-like spreads and is strongly visible. But on my pic, the flower center is not best visible, only white center is seen.

Nice, thanks for the corrections - I regularly look at your flowers and with your shots search for unknowns.

The whiteness of the Triglav flower - cinquefoil misled me, also the shiny fingerroot according to Wraber. These two pictures are from the habitat on Veliki Špič. These days around Planika everything is red from this flower, which can also be seen in my picture from 30.07.2011.
