I prepare it like this. I clean/wash the roots well, slice them into rounds and stuff them into large glass jars three fingers deep together with raisins (for sugar) and pour good red wine over them. Leave for 3 weeks in a cool place and stir several times. Don't close the jars, just cover with cloth. Wide-neck jars are practical for easier mixing and later pouring. After 3 weeks strain and pour into bottles, which I of course seal and store in a cool place. Drink 0.5 dl in the morning on an empty stomach.

Otiv, beautiful. Especially pic 19, as bells are very hard to photo sharply due to white glare. Pic 16 is also beautiful due to background light. Ah, and little Lapuh's sunflowers are fascinating. Well opened this year's flower season, this time from real nature..  lp

This grows around our home. Of course both bellflowers and common dog's-tooth violet have been blooming for a long time. You can find yellow dog's bulb, Persian cowslip, scarlet-red dead nettle too.
