Apolonija, I haven't had time yet to check the Carpathian flowers. On Tuesday I went to Piz Boe-Dolomites-Italy, today with Četrkovci to Košuta ridge. Already next Wednesday we have a week (tourist-family) Albania. L.P.

Zvonček, although the involucre under the hawkweed flower and bracts aren't visible, by the leaves and flower structure and location I'd say picture 7 is Triumfetti's hawkweed. Picture 8 is nice grass-leaved rockcress, typical for Primorska. Plenty on path to Kucelj too. Rock hawkweed is anyway the best for me. regards

The hairiness is visible, which is also characteristic of Triumfetti's hawkweed

Thanks to both . Regarding the picture of Justin's bellflower, let me add that this bunch of delicate bellflowers at first glance is a bit atypical for this bellflower. The fragile stems are not seen very well on the picture, top view also misleads regarding stem length. A bit lower from this bouquet I took another bellflower picture where there's no doubt it's Justin's bellflower. Regards

Bellflowers are wonderful. They really cheer us up even in late summer (well, not all species ). Regards

Branko, you hike so much this year you probably barely catch yourself, right? Couple additions to flower names: 23 - lan predivec 17 - yellowish leek, the yellow one is more by the Adriatic 14 - plumed hawkweed (one-rowed hawkweed) Keep it up, also for those who can't go anywhere this year!

thanks, ločanka, you're kind, but it's like that, once you know something, you know you still know nothing.... ; the best of all is that I'm still learning and I won't soon run out of what's new for me..

I'm not really into flowers, but I think it's a gentian?

turbo, such a fresh specimen! And yes, mirank, you're right, now in September it's the turn of gentians or silky bellflowers

Maybe some are misled by gentian images. Both photos show gentians.

Yes, otiv, it really is the same species of gentian with two forms: with two-rowed leaves in the same plane as in picture 1, but with opposite leaves evenly arranged around the stem - your picture 2 and turbo's picture.
