Velika Poljana is a mountain pasture situated at the edge of the western ridge of Storžič. From the pasture, where two open-type huts stand, a beautiful view opens onto Gorenjska and the Škofjeloško and Cerkljansko hills; climbing to the upper part of the pasture also reveals a view towards Košuta.
