Anton-Karg-Haus is a mountain hut at an altitude of 829 meters in the Kaiser Mountains. The mountain hut is located 6 km north-northeast from the center of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser and 6 km south-southeast from the center of Buchberg. The nearest peak is Längegg, which is located 0.9km severozahodno. The monument Gedenkstein für verunglückte Bergsteiger is also located near the mountain hut. 7 km southwest of the mountain hut there is lake Hintersteiner See. The mountain hut is located east of the valley Gaisbachtal.
