Hohe Scharte

Description:
Hohe Scharte is a saddle at an altitude of 1361 meters in the mountain group Steinberge. The saddle is located 1.5 km north-northeast from the center of St. Jakob in Haus and 3 km southwest from the center of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The nearest mountain hut is Lindtalalm, located 0.7km north. Tirolhaus is also relatively close. 3 km north-northeast of the saddle there is lake Pillersee. The saddle is located above the valley Pillerseetal.
