Winterstelleralm is a mountain hut at an altitude of 1423 meters in the mountain group Steinberge. The mountain hut is located 3 km north-northwest from the center of St. Jakob in Haus and 3 km west-southwest from the center of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The nearest peak is Gerstberg, which is located 0.6km severo-severovzhodno. 3 km northeast of the mountain hut there is lake Pillersee. The mountain hut is located southwest of the valley Pillerseetal.
