The nearest mountain hut is Edelrauthütte, located 0.7km north-northwest. And Eisbruggalm is also close by. 3 km north-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Gliederferner - Ghiacciaio del Gran Pilastro, 4 km north-northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Weißkarferner - Vedretta della Quaira Bianca.
