Kitzscharte

Description:
Kitzscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2134 meters and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 4 km southeast from the center of Tux and 4 km east from the center of Juns and 1.5 km north-northwest of peak Mittlere Grinbergspitze (Turm). The nearest mountain hut is Gamshütte, located 2km east. A little further is hunting cottage Jagdhütte Wandegg. 7 km southwest from the saddle there is glacier Federbettkees. The saddle is located above the valley Tuxertal.
