Mutjoch is a saddle at an altitude of 3174 meters and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The saddle is located 0.3 km south of peak Tiefenbachkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Braunschweiger Hütte, located 2km north-northwest. A little further is bivouac Rheinland-Pfalz-Biwak. 0.5 km east-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Tiefenbachferner, 1.7 km north from the saddle there is also glacier Karlesferner. North-northeast of the saddle is the valley Rettenbachtal. The saddle is located on the ridge Weißkamm.
