Description:
Westliche Möselescharte is a saddle at an altitude of 3370 meters and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Furtschaglhaus, located 3km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Hochferner-Biwak. Southeast from the saddle there is glacier Östlicher Nöfesferner - Ghiacciaio di Neves, 0.7 km west-northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Furtschaglkees. The saddle is located east of the valley Schlegeisgrund.
