Heuflerkogel

Description:
Heuflerkogel is 3245 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Zwickauer Hütte - Rifugio Plan, located 1.6km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Rauhjoch Biwak. 1.3 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Gaisbergferner, 2 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Hochfirstferner. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
