Hochhorn - Corno Alto is 2706 meter high peak in the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located 1.8 km south of peak Schwarze Wand - Croda Nera. The nearest mountain hut is Rieserfernerhütte - Rifugio Vedrette di Ries, located 2km north-northeast. A little further is Pichleralm. 4 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Althauskees - Vedretta di Casavecchia, 5 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Westlicher Rieserferner - Vedretta di Ries occidentale. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Antholzer Tal - Valle di Anterselva.
