Montscheinspitze

Description:
Montscheinspitze is 2106 meter high peak with a cross in the Karwendel Mountains. The peak is located 7 km west-northwest from the center of Pertisau and 9 km north-northeast from the center of Eng and 4 km north of peak Bettlerkarspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Gernalm, located 2km southeast. A bit closer is Hinterschleimsalm Hochleger, which is located 1.5km to the north. 0.5 km north-northwest of the peak there is lake Montscheinkarsee. The peak is located south of the valley Bächental.
