Description:
Zwerchenberg is 1579 meter high peak in the Ammergau Alps. The peak is located 9 km east-northeast from the center of Kreckelmoos and 9 km east from the center of Mühl. The nearest mountain hut is Fürchterlichhütte, located 2km south. Altenberghütte is a bit further away. 4 km southwest of the peak there is lake Plansee. The peak is located north of the valley Zwischentoren.
