Today from Dovje to Baba and to Koprivnjak on Austrian side, nice sunny weather, wonderful views, no snow. Total ascent 1250 m, walking 6 hours.

Yesterday from Stara Fužina to pl.Vogar and on to Pršivec. Return via pl.Viševnik. Up dry without snow, back considerable part of path snowy. Otherwise wonderful day, exceptional view. Total ascent 1250 m, walking time 6.30 hrs

I know. Sorry garmont, hope I didn't devalue your route. I've also been to Vrtača several times via pathless terrain along the ridge. Regards

Yesterday from Ljubelj to Zelenica and via the marked path to Vrtača. Weather and views for gods. Yet no hikers, but lots of aggressive jackdaws that stole our snack. On the way back, a quick trip to Srednji vrh, past the hut at Završnica spring and Zelenica to the start. Very nice tour, ascent 1400 m, walking 6.30 hours.

From upper cable car station at Vel.pl. past Zeleni rob, pl.Konjščica to pl.Dol, pl.Rzenik to Konj, back the same way. Total walking 4:15 hours, total ascent 1200m

Today from monument past Blejska koča to Debela peč-Okroglež-Brda-Lipanski vrh-Mrežce Blejska koča-start. Walking time 5.30 hours. Total ascent 920 m. Nice tour, recommend.

Yesterday from Zg.Jezersko to top, 2 hrs 20. Path firm and dry. On way back below summit met octet of Ljubljana girls and we carved one together. Nice path enlivenment

On 17.11.2013 hike of 40 hikers: Kočevje-Livoldski vrh-Fridrihštajn-Mestni vrh-hut at Jelenov studenec-Kočevje. Walking 4.30 hours and 840 m ascent. For right climbing on Fridrihštajn no belay needed.

Today a wonderful sunny day. From plRavne to Križevnik, then to Molička peč and on to Vel.Zelenica and Vel.Vrh. Wind in gusts so strong that it literally moved those of us under 80 kg. Otherwise a very nice tour, real enjoyment.

I was in Dragotov's group. Through the forest and to 1600m visible path and lots of cairns. From here path ends, also no cairns, steep so "fall down", no holds. So I told myself: "Old (78 years) wisdom to hands and back to valley." First time in my hiking career.

On 23.8.2013 we headed to Viš from Pellarini hut via GNE path. For my 78 years the path was quite demanding and for my taste also unpleasant. There could have been another peg on harder spots. We progressed quite slowly, we spent more than 5 hours to the summit. Back just to Corsi and to the valley. Satisfied that I have GNE "under the roof".
