You need to read the whole article to understand what it's about. This is interesting, to put it mildly:

"President of the regional association of hunting ground managers of the Gorenjska hunting-management area Andrej Avsenek says: Among solutions he sees establishing regulations on where and when people could move, so not on off-trail paths, but on legal trails and at certain times."

So will off-trail be over then, and on marked trails there'll be a schedule when you can and cannot go?!

Monte Dauda (1765m) is a magnificent viewpoint in the Carnic foothills. The starting point for the hike is the village Fielis, on the square next to the monument to the fallen there is a large free parking lot. We get here if on the road connecting Tolmezzo and Arta Terme, shortly after Cedarchis we turn left over the bridge across the But river and immediately after it right towards Fielis, to which we have another good four kilometers of locally steeper and narrower road. I always start the hike (this time for the third time) at the fountain next to the monument, along a narrow and steep road that brings me to the Dauda pasture. Asphalt, concrete, gravel, locally quite steep, but doable. If going further along the road we arrived on past the playground and inn, you reach another parking lot, there to the left is the start of the marked path CAI 157, I haven't gone on it yet. On the pasture first views, there I stepped on snow which I had quite some all the way to the top. I continued on the forest road to the right and after some time reached the saddle Forcella Meleit, where the signpost directed left to the footpath. A comfortable track allowed enjoyable walking, crampons and gaiters stayed in the backpack, the weather was also great, some wispy clouds gave a mystical touch to the wonderful mountain and valley scenery. A short way to the right to the ridge or crest, there sharply left, just a bit more and I was at the top. There a huge cairn, cross a bit lower. Views to lick one's fingers, eyes mist up seeing these beauties, then some griffons glide in and it seems you're dreaming the sweetest dreams. Divine. I did the descent on another path because it was snow-free. In snow I wouldn't tackle it, up there are very steep grassy slopes, avalanche-prone and dangerous for slipping. Second time I took it, so I knew where on the crest to turn left, path less visible, junction not marked. Then a steep descent like the inrun of a ski jump, there on dry grass and muddy path slid like a hundred devils, literally minced downhill very carefully. End of the steep section another less visible turnoff where the path goes into the forest, then pure joy to the pasture, beautiful beech forest where we could easily film Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel or similar. On the pasture a short break, then down the same path or road as the ascent to the village. Great trip, in winter perfect for snowshoeing, in the direction of ascent of course. Mandi nasmeh

There are already forums, sections, maybe even more of them open for both. You just need to search, not open new threads. And if nothing useful is found there, post the question there. Simple as that ...

Last Friday I was roaming these parts. I park the car for free at Čez Kladje (Sella di Cereschiàtis) and from there head towards the summit along path CAI 453. Gorgeous sunny day, trees already green, so I get some pleasant shade. Pretty quickly I reach the first junction, shortly after the second one, there I turn towards the summit. For a short time watching my feet closely, because the path is less visible due to the leaves, soon I'm out in the open where as expected I hit the first snow. Soon I put on crampons, without them I'd turn back since the snow is hard as stone, snowfields long and in places quite exposed, no bypass possible. At a few steeper spots I make good use of the bushes for grip to go easier and safer. As soon as I'm out of the shade it's dry again, there I pack the crampons and a few minutes later I'm clambering to the top. Views divine, solitude pleasant, losing myself in time and space feels good like it hasn't in a long time. While it was, is and hopefully will be I tie my soul, then with the camera I gather memories for old age when mountains will be more from below, and already descending. Down on snow easily, crampons worth gold, as soon as in the forest the step quickens to joy. Upper meadow Glazzat not far, there I go to the cross under which there's a bench, and sit for rest. Views of fairy-tale Crete di Gleris, towards Montaž with its vassals, behind mighty Zermula and more and more ... Beautiful to weep. Slowly I shift from fairy tale to real world, no other way, descend that little to the pass and with eager will trot home ...

Notch near Mali Razor? Or Turn pod Razorjem, somewhere nearby?

Since it's non-general, I assume they are local mountains. Say Julians?

.... I don't write about others, much worse and louder disturbances in our hills.

It's true, I sign right away. The worst and loudest disturbances are impatient people, not only in the mountains!!!
