Started as soon as dawn broke from Planina Zajavornik past the Blejska Hut to the Debela peč summit. In the morning it was nicely frozen, for the descent softness still in sight

Saturday 22.1.2022 we go for sunrise.
Forecast is very nice, just wind at Kredarica up to 70 km/h. OK, not a big deal, ski goggles in backpack and go.
When I wake up, I check forecast for valley, almost no wind. Super. Arso showed snow at Kredarica, hm?

At 3:30 we start a few meters before Kovinarska, space for 7-8 cars. At Kovinarska space for 4 cars, there we help Croatian brothers stuck with VW van. They say plan to Triglav.
Path well trodden, snow hard, full winter gear mandatory, as Calvary can be unpleasant slide.
As predecessor before me wrote strong wind starts few meters before Kredarica.
First-hand info gust 122 km/h in morning. Snow shown on Arso because stations detect snow blown by wind.
On return below Calvary meet Croats again, tell about wind, probably changed plan.

And did this Bryan Adams at least pull the gaz out of Krma?
Otherwise, is it already parking in Radovna?

11.12.2021 Mala planina
We chose starting point Stahovica, start at 6:00. Some die-hards with lights are already returning to the valley, probably from Primož. At the junction where left path leads through Pasje peči two fast hikers overtake us and take left path, we slowly follow, but at one point turned back, no sense of safety. Then chose the path where sign shows winter route. From there no issues, just strong wind before Mala planina. Stopped for refreshment at Jaški dom. Due to strong wind and afternoon commitments headed to valley, past Sv.Primož to starting point.

I plan to go tomorrow, just wondering if after the new snowfall anything is trampled from starting point Strahovica or Kraljev hrib?

Conditions on Škrlatica, still some snow?

Everything fine, just lacked snow View to the other end of Slovenia though.

Today I was up there. Started at 7:30, had crampons, in the morning it was frozen below 80cm of snow, the higher towards the summit the more it sank.
Some hikers, some ski tourers. At times snow nicely blown into eyes But it was nice

Mornar, you missed the topic a bit. Otherwise, as far as I know, the road is passable for normal passenger cars; with some low car, there'll be a little problem.
