Hi,

I've been using hribi.net for quite a few years, and it seems to me that certain things (with minimal effort) could turn out better.

1. Comments under route descriptions are often not desired - they should be locked and a link added under the description to the appropriate forum.

2. Pictures - each has its own dimension and when you click you always have to look for the forward arrow.

3. Searching for trips - could Slovenia be the default option? Mostly we search for Slovenian routes.

Of course just pious wishes and suggestions for a better user experience.

On the harder variant that's how it is. SVK was used, it was most needed right under the summit of the ferrata.

Today on Peca from the Austrian side via the Walter Mory via ferrata.

Parking is free; follow the paths past the yellow dots. At around 1500 m the via ferrata starts. From the via ferrata sign to the actual entry there is about a 10-minute walk; there is a lot of scree but nothing problematic. Here follow the red dots that zigzag upwards.

The via ferrata itself is comparable to Žrelo on Storžič. The only drawback is that it is short (approx. 30-40 min, 200 m elevation). The protections are good, exposure is not a problem; maybe only the last part requires a bit of creativity where to climb. Still a very nice secured path. If comparing from the Slovenian side, Peca is a bit harder, though the length is similar.

To the summit and back then on the path from the upper gondola station; descent afterwards with it to the valley. Gondola price (only descent) is 8 EUR; they only take cash. But it is worth it

Agree with previous. Really little snow this year. Last jump (or two) really problematic. Need to be quite skillful to get over. SE also scant snow and at 1800m already on rock.

Nice hike via Štapce and back via Prode. Descent from Štapce a bit annoying due to scree, otherwise nice path, full of people.

Didn't want to play cop, but saw a lady bathing in the lake. When told it's forbidden, she said she didn't apply sunscreen anyway and to send her the bill.

Nice path, reachable also by bike, so that legs are rested for continuing tours ahead. We also checked out Laserzee, pure kitsch
Food at Dolomitenhutte excellent!

Parking 9 eur for whole day, card payment possible, recommend swimming in Tristacherzee. Excellent full-day trip idea.

To Cellon via path 147. Almost to summit in shade, for descent we checked a couple trenches. Nice path, which you can shortcut uphill so not go all around. Well visible and trodden.

Went today to check the situation
Start at 5 from former barracks under renovation, so park on the road. To the hut good 15 min walk, then into forest and steady ascent on well-marked path to ferrata Enrico Contin. Initially forest path gradually turns to scree, but easy to follow. On the flat, see sign splitting Via Schavi and E. Contin, continue straight. In steep section, need to search for marks a bit more focused, but nothing special. Along path branches ferrata to Torre Clampil, we turn left here. (Path similar to me to Luknja)

Ferrata entry around 1900m, cables to 2100m. “Ferrata” is nice, didn't use SVK, nor exposed. Wires good (look newly renovated). At top wonderful plateau. Extended path to Crete di Pricot and checked end of Via Schavi.

Descended via Rudnig saddle then toward Madritchen saddle. Path easy, I shortened a bit at Aquatrail sign and went up to lake.

From lake down at motorcycles (in picture) descended unmarked path using logic to find passage to marked path, which proved super move as follow stream all the way.

12 km and 1100 m elevation gain.

Hello. I hope Karnics lovers can help me. I'm looking for the name (better yet, description) of the path from Monte Madrizze via Torre Clampil to Horse Peak. I see both paths around, but no description of the selected one anywhere. Unfortunately, I can't get the Karnics guidebook.

Nice tour, bit of scrambling, you can make it even easier yourself.

Recommend helmet.

Similar story on Saturday - showed 30 free spots, got the last or second-last (at 5 am).

Traffic warden explained nobody listens to warnings and Vrata takes 120 cars not 150 as posted. So if less than 30 on sign, parking full. So that others don't have the same problems.

Today's long-awaited tour finally done.

Start at 5 from Vrata. (Warning: although the barrier shows 30 free spots left, we got the last or penultimate free spot. Supposedly set wrong)

Via Bivak IV (because I don't like Sovatna much ) to Križ and Stenar. Descent to Pogačnikov dom and after snack to Gamsovec and down via Luknja.

Weather cloudy/sunny. While ascending I was in clouds, on summit in sun - top combo.

Caution on descent from Križ - go a bit back and descend nasty scree. STOP stone marks no continuation along ridge.

Descent to Luknja lovely, but from Luknja to Aljaž in hot sun a real slog.

10/10 tour, recommend. 20 km, 2100m gain. Recommend helmet.
