Yesterday, another long-term wish was fulfilled. Conditions aligned, jumps nicely made but still a lot of trudging. We needed 8 hours for the route, so we were back at the car in the dark again. In the route we made 2 minor slip-ups in my opinion, which added 2 quite interesting traverses - one unforgettable. More in the pics, too bad the last one couldn't be documented. But ''''memory'''' will remain .

On Saturday and Sunday we did the upper trail about which a lot has already been written online. There's more than enough snow and it will last a while longer. It was nice and quite strenuous, first day too warm, fantastic company. For next time we still have the descent into the gully under Begunjski vrh and ascent past the Valentin Stanič hut back towards Krma, so it looks like repeating the tour.

Today visited Velika Zelnarica. Touring conditions ok till around 11. Sadly lost my jacket from Dedno polje towards Pl. at the lake to end of ski snow. If picked up, reward awaits. Regards, Matej

Regarding rope there are certain sections where no possibility of protection with self-belay kit and only winter technique needed. If that's a problem then at least 10m rope can come in handy - at least for the 'leader'. Otherwise congratulations to Janez from me too. We were together on summit. Best, Matej

Yesterday on Velika Zelnarica again after 2 months. The start was at the Voje-Blato junction and only thanks to the made 'spur' to Dedno polje I managed to trudge to the top. More in pics - currently idyll on the pastures.

Today max to Voje-Blato junction, will stay so for a while unless plowed. To parking at Planina Blato took me 1.5 hrs on skis. No one on foot, one with high off-roader almost to first 180 deg bend. Was really glad it didn't slide.

Today used the good weather window for this week and went to these two peaks. First to VDV, skiing from it to Konjščica exceptional. Upper flank was quite icy under less than 10 cm new snow onwards no complaints. Due to good skiing decided for Viševnik too which also doesn't disappoint. In general lohk ste ''fovš''.
