On Saturday we set off with Rok and Matjaž on our first joint non-winter tour from Blato via Krstenica first to Jezerski Stog, climbed to Evo, to Prevalski Stog, continued along the ridge to Škednjovec and Vrh Hribaric. Then Rok, who carried short skis, went to Kanjavec where there was still some snow. Matjaž and I also climbed to Mišeljski Konec and Mišeljski vrh, then we met again in Mišeljska dolina and returned via Krstenica.
Yesterday from Blato via Planina pri Jezeru, Dedno polje and Ovčarije first to Mala Tičarica, then along the ridge (a bit adrenaline-packed) to Velika Tičarica, continued to Kopica, Mala Zelnarica, descended to the saddle and crossed also Vršake, continued to Debelem vrh, its forepeak and via Ogradov back to the valley.
No snow on the path, but caution is needed on ridges, especially between Tičaricas where it is quite crumbly.

I was there yesterday, no snow left.

On Sunday finally to Krn, via that long path. From Savica we went switchbacks to Cold Komna, dragged to Bogatin Saddle, descended to Krn Lake (all shade) and continued to Krn. Path is dry. From Krn Notch we went towards Prag, where there was some snow but trampled, jumped also to Batognica and crossed under Peak above Peski and past monument to Prehodci. Then again dragged to Bogatin Saddle, Komna and back to Savica. Long but interesting tour with excellent views.

On Saturday we went past Brunner hut and Gorizia bivouac to the notch of White Water and along the centenary path through the tunnel to Krnica notch. The path was mostly dry, snow only here and there. We descended to the junction for Anita Goitan path and continued on it to Vis. On some sections, especially crossing the ledges there was still snow, ice axe came in handy. Further towards the summit it was already trampled. We descended to Corsi hut and lower to the junction, where we took the left path across streams and forest back to the valley. Weather was great

Due to snow forecast we used yesterday's almost summer day for another Triglav visit, this time on a slightly different route. From Vrata we headed towards Luknja and then descended towards Zadnjica to the junction for Dolič and then wound up to the collapsed hut, where we went left on Kugy path to the Western Triglav plateau. This path is a bit hard to follow in places, there are faded marks and cairns here and there, higher up also fixed cables. We continued on the marked path to Triglav, which was quite besieged yesterday too and down towards Kredarica, where at the lowest point we turned left towards Glava on the path marked with cairns and red lines that leads across the precipitous and scree-filled Kugy ledge. Cables are very welcome. Then descent via Plemenice to Luknja and back to the car. Super

Today over Komna to Bogatinsko sedlo. We went all in sequence: Bogatin, Mahavšček, Vrh Škrli, Kser, Vrh Planje, Tolminski Kuk, Zeleni vrh, Mali vrh, Podrta gora, Vrh konte, Vrh nad Škrbino and Meja. Further under vrh Rušnatega and Snežnega vrha to sedlo Globoko and left down to marked path leading towards Vogel and through Žagarjev graben to lake. And still a walk back to koča pri Savici.
To Mali vrh, Vrh konte and Meja no marked path but no problems. Podrta gora harder, crumbly and need to climb a bit, on top stamp of Bohinj mountain path. Again super

Today Prisank was finally on the agenda. In the morning I didn't feel like driving to Vršič, and the weather was for something longer. So I went to Vrata. First through Sovatna to Kriški podi and to Planja saddle. Then long descent towards Vršič to Škrbina and from there through Zadnje okno to Prisank summit. Nothing special on the way, all protections ok, just be careful as everywhere. Back I returned the same way, down and up to Kriški podi. So not all the same way, back via Bovški vrtac and past bivouac 4. Views were phenomenal, rarely such weather. Hope tomorrow again

Yesterday morning I drove through foggy Bohinj to pick up Rok. We decided to traverse some ridge where I haven't been. From Blato we went past planina pri Jezeru and Dedno polje and Za Kopico to Vrata, where under Vršaki we descended a bit towards Prehodavci. We continued on the marked path towards Veliki špič. We left it occasionally and went first to Zadnja Lopa, then to Mala špičje and further along the ridge over all intermediate peaks to Veliki špič. Followed an awkward descent. Towards Plaskemu Voglu we crossed under the ridge, then into the gully on the left side and along the ridge to the peak where there is a summit book and stamp. We also jumped to the neighboring peak which is a few meters higher. Then again awkward descent on grass and towards Travnik with miniature Aljaž tower. We descended towards Škrbina and climbed to Vršac and then to Čelo. Through pockmarked terrain towards Velika Vrata we went over Glava za bajto and then to the marked path which is quite overgrown, through Lopučniška dolina to Črno jezero and over Komarča to koča pri Savici. Again a super tour in nice weather, only wind occasionally ruffled our hair

Ours paid the parking fee at Savica yesterday morning.

Yesterday we started along the nasty concrete road (even worse downhill) to Viška planina and towards Škrbina prednje Špranje, there right onto Anita Goitan path, where you really have to watch out as the path is quite steep and runs over grass. On the ridge we turned left towards Kostrun Spires, the path goes via steps and then right of the tunnel a bit of scrambling to the top of the mountain. Really interesting. We descended to Škrbina zadnje Špranje (Mojzes) and continued towards Viš past Corsi hut back to the car. Another nice trip in good weather.

Yesterday again over Gulce to Škrnatarica via scree-filled gully full of gravel. Then traverse on the left side to Dovški križ. Plenty of cairns, and in good weather you follow them without problems. Midway there's an interesting window through which you see Špik. Then descent down to Šplevta and earlier right turnoff to Oltar. To the summit without issues, enough cairns. Then back down, en route also to Šplevta where fog had just lifted, past bivouac 2 over scree to valley. Super tour with excellent views.

On Saturday morning we zigzagged towards Kuk's Spire. We didn't use the forest shortcuts so we wouldn't miss the junction where there's now a carved inscription in the tree next to the cairn. Matjaž knew the path and we kept right through Gulce and avoided the scree. Before the saddle we turned left towards Škrnatarica. Here we couldn't avoid the scree and we struggled a bit to the gully entrance. Then some scrambling and scree sliding followed and we reached the top of the gully. We didn't summit Škrnatarica as we had no gear. But we continued along the ridge to a peak with a cairn. Views phenomenal. We returned the same way to the saddle and then went to Kuk's Spire. Fog was already chasing us there and views were slowly ending. Descent on scree followed and Vrtaško sleme was planned, but the path dragged on and we turned back, weather worsening too. Next time.

From Planina Sp. Dolge Njive you're quickly at Košutnikov Turn, since you start high.
And you can go up one side and down the other (via Zg. Dolga Njiva). For me it fitted nicely after work, and I even added both summits of Tolsta Košuta.

Today was a day for ferratas. From Mangart lakes via Via Italiana to Mangart. On the way all ok. Descent over grass towards Škrbina and towards Mali Koritniški Mangart. Markings are very faded, but plenty of cairns and no problem finding the path. From MKM towards Tarvisio bivouac is very crumbly and you need to be really careful as everything flies. Uphill probably no problem. Then also via Via Della Vita back to the valley. They really fixed this route. At the iron plates now there's a cable, and even at some places where there wasn't before, they added it.

Today I started a circular tour in Kamniška Bela towards Presedljaj. Seems there used to be a signpost at the parking, didn't notice it today. Path sparsely marked at start, but forest path otherwise, can't miss. To saddle shade and dew, wet to my ass, then bushes and cows not moving. At Prag turned to Lučki Dedec, full of cairns, hard to stray. Back down to Kocbekov dom, Sedelce, Mala Ojstrica, Ojstrica, over Škarje to Lučka Brana, then Planjava. Descent to Kamniško sedlo, scree down to home in KB. Then sun and asphalt walk to car. That was the best

Not that I know of. There's plenty up to Okrešelj, you still walk a bit along it.
