To Špik via Lipnica. Winter gear mandatory, snow held well on ascent and descent, even at 10am it didn't break through.

On such a beautiful gorgeous day, in the nicest lonely corner of the mountains to a rarely visited peak. I parked at the parking lot behind Cmir, then via a shortcut to the path and along the scree to bivouac II on the bushes. In the last part over steep meadows and Jugova gullies to the top, the air was crystal clear to zero and the eye reached far. Descent to endless scree and into the forest and along the logging trail to the road.

Was up Sunday, path mostly dry near bivouac and below Dolkova špica still some snow. Good luck

Yesterday's ascent to Triglav offered us proper, for Taiwanese scary winter conditions, but with guides they were swift, that's how to hike mountains.
On summit also cycling mountaineering ski expedition from Trieste, on 120th anniv SPDT Slovenskega planinskega društva Trst, members of alpin section climbed mountain. To Triglav from Trieste without foreign aid, self-supported. From Trieste bikes, foot skis 120 km to Triglav top!!!! Respect.

Otherwise path from valley no problems, snow starts Mali polje 1450 m sinks to ca 2000 m. Ski over Kurica surprisingly good.

Kanjavec winter tour. Hard to be nicer, yesterday was the icing on the cake. Urban spotted the title on the snowman and messaged me on Sunday that we add the icing on the cake.
Early start added to this winter day that there wasn't one negative thing on the whole tour. Sunday afternoon snow shower provided a couple cm of dry snow that erased old tracks.
From Kanjavec we skied towards Hribarice and into Velska valley, we repeated Sedlo Hribarice so it wouldn't end too soon enjoyment. Under Draški vrh we ski to just below Mala Polje 1300m a.s.l..

Today they were sticking special stickers on car windows at the start for Cmir.

Tomorrow morning you have a great chance. After snowing the "mines" are covered and you can have trouble skiing if you don't know the terrain. Good luck.

A month ago I was at Rinke and the sign not welcome for us was put up, and fines appear sometimes too.
They closed the bridge before the freight cableway to Kokrsko sedlo too, so you can't reach the parking with car.

New morning above IV-ka. Path to Skrlatica almost entirely dry, little snow in upper part, no issues there.

Beautiful today's morning on SKUTA. Up through Žmavčarje and down to Kokrsko sedlo.

Bivouac below Skuta in fresh snow, which starts there around 1700m.
