It was Wednesday, a rainy morning when my colleague and I started from Planica towards Jalovec, over Jalovška škrbina. For me it was the second ascent to our king of the mountains, for my colleague the first. The path was interesting, without any special features,... only scree is scree, right?. We descended over Kotovo sedlo, stopped at the bivouac, where it was really cheerful, as we rested quite a while and enjoyed the views. Beautiful day spent in good company of our beautiful Jalovec.

Yesterday my better half and I went to Jezerski Stog for the first time. The path is nice and without peculiarities. We also saw a marmot (too bad it didn't wrap any chocolate) and also two adders (vipers), which we disturbed in the sun. In short, we spent a nice day, which we finished at Lake Bohinj

I'm wondering where to turn onto Hanzova path from Kopiščarjeva path?

@Domch, is that cave on pic 12 a bit higher before the entrance to the Škrlatica wall? .. because something rustled when my buddy and I went up, we didn't check,.. otherwise super pics. lp

It was a dark night, clock at 2.35, when me and my buddy headed from Vrata towards Škrlatica. Forecasters said "early bird gets the worm" and it proved true as we reached the summit after five hours and enjoyed one hour of nice weather, then clouds did their bit, as usual in our mountains That was our first ascent of Škrlatica, true last year I tried alone to get to the top but leg cramps wouldn't let me though I was only 300m short. This year it worked and we can say it was a nice day for us
