Hello. I was up there last year before Ferragosto, then it's crazy, apparently they go one after another. Friend for Abraham took me, it was super and the more you distance yourself the more unforgettable. No markings, stones fly, tempo is killer if you want to follow the Swiss like releasing young bulls. On top hat off but then you need to get down too. Up 4.5 down 6 hours. If alone I would get lost on the way back. Hut really renovating, think it might be closed this year, inquire. This must try

Great pics Edko! How is the path from bivouac to summit there at shoulder, any protection, fixed rope, have pics from that hardest part?
Would that your friend or you too like or be ready to repeat this year?

Trained mountaineer or hiker, whatever.
If you go to Triglav in winter without problems and Visoki Rokav in summer, then probably no problems there either.

jan71, probably you meant last year's photos, because at the gondola station where one pic is there's still thick snow blanket without greenery()
On summit ascent rarefied air might bother you like anyone? dprapr gave a good comparison.
