YES, THANKS to everyone for the nice congratulations. It was truly unforgettable. And once you conquer such a mountain completely alone, you never forget it. I'll repeat it sometime. Matterhorn is the most beautiful mountain in the world for me. I first saw it in a book when I was 6 years old and since then it has been calling me, and I prepared for 29 years for the Finale of my life, to conquer it alone. Twice I already conquered it with the help of an alpinist instructor, now the time for FINALE has come. And FINALE succeeded. I have no greater goal in my life on the sports side. Everest doesn't interest me, Elbrus doesn't interest me, Matterhorn though, oh Matterhorn, wonder of nature, no competitor. Just look at the shape of that mountain, that wild north and east wall, that pyramidal head.... There is no more beautiful! At least not for me.

Wow, what an emotional ascent experience.
Uroš, in the mountains you never know when the "finale" will be. Sometimes it's when you safely descend from a small hill.
Keep enjoying and discover other "Matterhorns".

Uroš, congratulations on the solo approach and thanks for the company, transport and everything you did so I could be on Matterhorn for the first time...of course Jože was anyway my "guardian angel", to whom I sincerely thank for all the encouragement and help!

Up to 10 cars and 50 alpinists can go on the trip maybe. It doesn't matter how many go to the start and back home. For the finale of my life to conquer it completely alone I waited 29 years. All those years training, instructions, attempts etc. And really on the mountain I was alone and climbed it completely alone, without rope team and without any help. Everyone has some life goal, right? For me Matterhorn and nothing competes!
Now I'm a real alpinist! And MATTERHORN is mine! And big thanks again to all for congrats.

Anyone who successfully finishes alpinist school is an alpinist. The path to that title is long. Conquering and claiming Matterhorn sadly doesn't make an alpinist.
As for the ascent, definitely congrats!
