Good evening . In the last ten days I've noticed some new visitors around our feeder. But I surely know only the lesser redpoll, for the others please help with identification. Thanks.

At our place only tits come. They don't let sparrows near.

Sparrow is too cautious to go to a swinging feeder.

Quite possible. They liked this food. And they weren't too scared either.

Some heavyweights from Javorniki (Notranjska) hatched a golden eagle last year, black stork and cranes

Am I right that this is a sedge warbler? (photographed on Saturday in Strunjan salt pans).

Madoniš, what have I missed, well I admit I had to laugh. Sound - everything we hear. And I was so diligent feeding birds and listening to their calls and the sound produced. I really can't follow you anymore. But here birds have priority. Regards!

For several seasons I've been wondering why there are many more visits by birds in autumn and spring (as soon as there is no snow and it's a bit warmer) than in snow and cold. In winter the regular guests were only woodpeckers, sparrows, a few tits and blue tits. This week they appeared in greater numbers, plus greenfinches (which weren't there all winter), nuthatch, siskin, bullfinches and redpolls (these are partial migrants). Thanks for the answer

Although no more winter, tits and especially sparrows still come to the feast.
