Today was a wonderful day for Blegoš. From Črni Kal along the ridge path to the top, then to the hut and back to start along the flat path. It was blowing so horribly that there was danger you'd be blown right down from the top . A few more glimpses:

Late afternoon from Čabrča to Blegoš, I took some juice and an umbrella with me but there was no rain as forecasted. Last time a thunderstorm almost got me at 2300m, it killed all my desire to go up there again with a bad forecast. The experience was like putting a big pot on one's head and someone hammering on it with a hammer.... The path to Blegoš is ok, few hikers, views though...

Path dry and firm, frozen, patches of hard frozen snow on the top. Summit in fog and strong cold northwest wind.

Blegoš in the afternoon from the village Leskovica, did a loop, up past the hut, down first along the hiking path, then along the forest road.

ljubitelj gora - is the path from Leskovica nicely passable? I mean regarding the fallen trees last year; otherwise I know the path as it's the nicest for me in winter from that direction; regards

Hi, has anyone been recently (last week) to Blegoš from Farje stream? Interested in the condition of that side after last year's ice storm? If the path is ok and if it's possible to ski on that side.

During my last visit to Blegoš before New Year's Eve, a hiker who came up from Potok told me that the forest is still quite laden from the ice storm and hard to ski through - detours necessary.

Forgot to ask yesterday - did that hiker comment on what those detours are like? Are whole areas laden and need to make really long loops? With buddies thinking of going up Sunday if conditions ok.

From the top, one should first stay more to the right along the ridge path, detours are not big. But it is good not to go down blindly, but with prior scouting.
