Only today I saw your post. Tried it myself.
From Martinj vrh to Črni Kal the path is completely dry, but there's huge amount of leaves on it, so in some parts you're wading more than walking. Probably less visited section. Via ferrata cables serve purpose, though some anchors a bit loose. Here and there exposed, and if you slip nothing stops you, so those with issues don't look down  Otherwise nice path, especially upper part, here and there snow remnant, better said ice, which as Katty said we easily bypass.

On Saturday, 27.4. we were on Blegoš. Walked from Črni Kal. Path in very good condition, dry, almost no snow seen. Summit not green yet, but already lots of marmots, edelweiss, pasque flowers showing, from hut to summit green carpet spreading.

Blegoš on this day
Blegoš beautiful hill world is,
especially when dressed in flowers.
Spring marmots everywhere,
rare pasque flowers adorn the path.
Sky occasionally clouds covered,
to summit we went with quick steps.
Views from top there were none,
but we still had a good time.

Today with younger son visited Blegoš, which didn't greet us in best light. Summit covered in clouds that later cleared, but we unfortunately already in Leskovica from where we started today's hike. On way home turned to Bolnica Franje, where long not been.

Today Romana and I were hanging around in Škofja Loka. Errands were done a bit after eleven. Then, decision for Blegoš. We started hiking at noon. We set starting point a few hundred meters below Likar farm, so the car waited in the shade. At the sharp bend there is a small parking spot. Clearings in the slope urged us forward until we reached shade again. At the top we turned to the hut, which is closed on Monday. We returned via the lower path. Lp.

Interested in closest road from Nova Gorica to starting point for Blegoš.
Starting point from Laz.
What is this road Dolenji Novaki-Gorenji Novaki like now in winter conditions. Regarding car drivability.

Road Cerkno, Gorenji Novaki is always carefully cleared due to ski slope access, depending on snow conditions of course
