Height is cca. 40 m + 10 meters grassy exit, 5 min total. Before they equipped it it was nice II.,

This morning in the sun up and down the new steel-cabled path. You need quite some strength in your arms, self-belaying is welcome.
On descent it's useful to have slightly longer legs.

Yesterday on Sunday on the first day of June from Studenice to the Kostrivnik part of Boč below the 791 meters high peak Hrastovec. It wasn't just a forest road extension to the junction with the hiking trail from Makol above the settlement Hrastovec on Boč and along a pleasant hiking path in the forest to the Formila clearing and continuing above Formila in combination of the old pilgrimage forest path and finally the forest road to the church of Sv. Marjeta.

Also connected two areas with the same name on Boč namely the border parts of the settlement Hrastovec below Boč in the municipality of Poljčane and one of the peaks of Boč... Hrastovec 791 meters, which lies in the settlement Čača vas/municipality Rogaška Slatina. Yeah and it was really pleasant, paths partially wet, cloudy and some light wind.
And today on Monday 02.06.2014 in the evening also from Lovnik/panzeršpere via Galk and pasqueflower meadow to the mountain hut and back...

It was around noon... and to the spring/sources of the Warm or Studeniški stream in Studenice above the monastery complex. Right on the edge of the landscape park more than pleasant spot. According to sources and stories of locals also exceptionally energetically strong. It could be believed, because powerful waters mainly from the northern and central part of Boč ,,emerge,, here to the surface. ,,Powerful,, waters is of course relative term, currently the springs are not strong and of course due to the karst they depend on amount of rainfall, snowmelt and such... To the springs and of course back by bike, yeah and it was really pleasant.

In the evening to the 822 meters high Plešivec via Formila clearing, partisan hospital and Gavez along the hiking trail. Descent done on forest road and further below Stavski vrh/Stavšek back to Studenice. At departure it was planned somewhere to Formila, maybe partisan hospital but pleasant path of more northern locations that ,,broke,, with height the power of stuffiness required somewhere an extension. Otherwise this path is already waiting for publication among official trails. Late afternoon turned into evening and it was really pleasant ...Lp

Ferata tested. As someone before wrote - path enhancement. But it does stand you upright.

Yesterday with helmet to Boč to try the ferata. For me it was quite an original path enhancement. A bit slippery, and as they said, it does stand you upright.

Sini, super! Yeah, believe it was quite wet on Boč. Especially where there is earth on the steps, a lot of caution is needed.

To Boč on Sunday afternoon, Formila clearing in combination of forest road and hiking trail from Studenice settlement and also return in identical variant. So there was a bit more hiking flavor in combination of forest hiking trail from.... direction Makol. Path a bit detour but still more pleasant than ,,stamping,, just macadam forest road. Conditions optimal, path dry, met quite some visitors...

Where is the starting point for the ferrata? And how long does it take to hike from the starting point to the top?
