The last part from Luknja to Gamsovec judging by the picture is surely more dangerous due to steep crossing(snow) than from Kriških podov side. There even if there's snow it's not so exposed as on this side. Good luck

But the snow that fell on Tuesday (above 2200m) due to mixing with rain is very hard and icy.

Anyway, the last sentence is irrelevant and no need to explain. The decree is to get out of this crisis as soon as possible. Otherwise you have plenty of nice hills in your municipality.

> Regarding government decrees I'm among exceptions I'm not your faux, so there is no mistake. But are you sure you're interpreting the decree correctly? Because exception for crossing to another municipality doesn't mean at all that person can move freely there - you go to work (or perform exception) and nowhere else. Verified personally with policeman at "border" control last week - explicitly said that exception doesn't mean free movement.

It was great for me when I didn't meet anyone, such blissful peace and when you listen to nature's sounds.

@zavest, depends how you present the situation to the cop. Looking for an agricultural shop in Vrata probably wouldn't fly. Delivery of agricultural products isn't so far-fetched anymore. But for the Gamsovec summit, even agricultural delivery would be pretty unusual... so maybe still be careful what you post and what not.

ljubitelj gora ...selfish, irresponsible and immature (not the article, but your reply).

What "agricultural" did you go to Gamsovec for? For chamois droppings?

I carried 16 boxes of eggs and left them in my car for the buyer to pick up without contact, who was returning from a hike. Hard to arrange later, as he was returning via another road where I picked up some agricultural stuff in Bohinjska Bistrica.

Listen, something needs to be understood. No one's faulting you, I sincerely wish you high mountain visits, most don't have that option now, at least not without risking a 400€ fine. It's clear that solo tours are among the safer activities in terms of infection transmission (except e.g. in accidents like under Kredarica). Just know that if things don't go as planned, you could get fined too, because by the letter of the law you are *not* justified outside the area/purpose of delivery or purchase of agricultural products. And if you're already breaking the decree, it might be sensible (and considerate to others, especially those working flat out in healthcare), not to post these lame excuses publicly Example from practice: if instead of B. Gamsovec you go hiking to Kriška gora and police, during a check (like a weekend or two ago), find that you only have a couple of your own eggs, you're in violation... The more such unjustified excuses, the greater the chance that they cancel these exceptions like "48 hours for property owners".

Has anyone been to Gamsovec in the last few days, or can it maybe be seen from nearby peaks what the conditions are like from the summit to Luknja?

Which is the easier path, over Sovatna or Luknja? Or what's the difference? Thanks.

To me the path over Sovatna seems easier in the sense that it is nowhere overly exposed. But still before the BG summit some cables await in exposed terrain. Above Luknja the path to BG goes quite some time over exposed grass where any slip can be fatal.
