Regarding the pasque flower, alpine pasqueflower, a relative of the pasque flower, also grows in this area; probably you meant that one. LP!

"LAJCICAR", you think you're the king, now setting your own rules on Donačka; some have been going to that mountain for 30+ years, you came from somewhere and everything should be your way. It's true, if someone makes a mess, they should clean it up. You can't accuse someone without seeing them. Planinski greeting and more patience.

The primeval forest of Donačka gora is one of 173 forest reserves in Slovenia. It has been protected since 1965 as the last preserved beech primeval forest in the pre-Pannonian world. All activities that would in any way change or affect the undisturbed natural development of the primeval forest are prohibited. DO NOT use shortcuts or litter. Picking plants, flowers, fruits and disturbing animals is prohibited. These are not my rules, the law says so. Best regards! Lajči

Pišta, you were right, or rather you saw well: the pasque flowers are really emerging already

I myself found that spot last year - near the chapel, many think it's pasque flower, I checked some sources, it's common pasqueflower, so don't advertise that pasque flower grows there. LP! And safe steps.

Respected hiker lady wrote exactly. It's the common pasqueflower (Pulsatilla nigricans). The flower is purple but nodding. Only pasque flower (Pulsatilla grandis) has erect flower. This Stanko is a bit tipsy, no prob, real dude. Best! Lajči

Just one more thing I'm adding about the pasque flowers, such frequent visitors of Boč and Donačka, yet they don't know this highly protected pasque flower. PL!

They know it, they know it very well, it's just that those boys are a bit tipsy. Can't blame them, they are real mountaineers who like healthy mountaineering humor. Greetings from Podravje! Lajči

I wouldn't talk about tipsiness, about the pasque flower growing there I told Stankuju already last year, then we exchanged some posts, that's it, obviously they believed you more than me.

Here are a couple of school pics of "Pulsatilla grandis", so others can see what it's about. Regards

I just got back from Donačka Gora. First time I went to the Eastern peak. Kupčinji vrh, hut, and then on the path that finally meets Jožeta Žetalskega's path. I reached the fixed ropes, but turned back there and down. Didn't know the path, was very exhausted as I didn't manage strength well, and honestly it seemed too dangerous. Down the same path. Donačka Gora is super and I love it a lot!

It seems a bit sad to me when I see that your Vikica is still completely messed up in the hole under the summit, with empty picnic packs around her (I carried some down myself by hand). Hope I don't offend anyone, but who has picnics up there? Forgot the grilling net (or Vikica baked it). Won't comment on burning on top. Let's take care of our beautiful Donačka a bit. Greetings.

Yes, a joke is a joke, we all understand, but it's time the owners of Vikica take it nicely to the valley and clean up the mess on top after themselves!!!!! lp

The problem is probably that the Vikica actors aren't even present on the Hribi.net portal.

Today afternoon after F1 hiking from Studenice to the mountain hut on Donačka gora. Path very pleasant with some snow patches in shady spots. Originally planned descent via St. Donatus church in Rogatec and return by train but in the end decided to return back via Plešivec and Boč mainly because of the Easter flower or lat. Pulsatilla grandis, which has already bloomed on the site below the mountain hut on Boč. Paths were quite lively today, as the blooming of the Easter flower encouraged mass visits to Boč from nearby and somewhat farther areas. Accumulated quite a few kilometers and elevation meters in pleasant already awakening and partially greening nature. GPS Studenice-mountain hut on Donačka gora- Poljčane
