yeah, because they fly in the chough's airspace, which is "off limits", consequently the luftwaffe (mountain chough) is threatened, as it steals its only source of food namely pieces of bread and cheese from hikers who throw food to the paraglider in the air... you can't believe such nonsense...

In Slovenia it's always like that, best to ban everything first then negotiate. I know this story about the new TNP law from the proposal itself and I have to say that regarding paragliding and flying ban it's not only the TNP management to blame but also others who should stand up for paragliders. But I wouldn't talk too much about that.. There's some truth though. What if one could fly everywhere and anytime. Or whole hordes go to the mountains and do that.? In France they have periods when certain endangered birds nest, there's a ban, then they open the airspace again. They also have experienced mountain guide paragliders who take you up the mountain and then fly off the summits together. Maybe we should think in that direction too.
The more we stir, the more it will stink, so I ask you to slowly close the topic, otherwise we'll cook up something else.

Planika-Kredarica
Today,26.Jun with husband did the tour Rudno polje,Planika,Kredarica and back to starting point.At 6am left car at the barracks at Rudno polje,weather perfect,peaks occasionally in fog but that didn't bother us.

We also met yesterday. We did a nice tour: Krma-Planika-Triglav-Planika-Kredarica-Staničeva koča (overnight)-Krma. Kids are already announcing a repeat next year.
