On the road from Tuhinj Valley definitely not. At most van or mini bus. Also vehicle weight limit to 7.5t.

There with bus you won't get close. Maybe better from Rakovih ravni via Gojška planina to Mala planina. There you eat well at Jarški dom too 
The bigger ones you can then take to zeleni rob

On Saturday I was at Menina Planina. At Dom na Menini there were 4 large Izletnik buses. They probably came from Gornji Grad. The road from Tuhinj Valley, which I walked, is not for large vehicles. Nice greetings!

Today from Golica to the summit. Then descent to the closed hut (also closed yesterday  ).
Snow starts at about 900m, towards the top more than 40cm. Track is made, so quite fun.

Beautiful winter day on Menina. As garmont wrote, snow starts at about 900m asl, before snow it was very icy today, unpleasant (went from Gornji Grad via Borovnica). The hut was open, on Wednesday 8.2. the duty person got sick!

hi "navdušena"...went last weekend over Goli vrh - Šavnice, but still huge snow, but doable, especially on the "normal" path or from Lipe
(Vransko), or from GG, it's trampled, if you have snowshoes, you can enjoy some hiking freedom, ehhe...as for the furry one, two from GG saw fresh paw prints, I saw them last time right on that path, hmmm, so...bear not sleeping
tip. just go, louder, but brave
