The Decree on Traffic Regime in the Bohinj Lake Area in Article 7 provides:
Article 7
(compensation for road use)
(1) Users of the forest road Stara Fužina - Voje, Vogar - planina Blato (hereinafter: forest road), except owners of agricultural lands and forests who use the road for access to these properties, must pay compensation for road use. Regardless of ownership of agricultural lands and forests, owners of mountain huts and catering facilities must pay compensation for the use of the forest road for their activities.
(2) The compensation from the first paragraph of this article is paid every day of the week from 04.30 to 22.00 hours, specifically in the period from 1 May to 15 October of the current year.
(3) The amount of compensation under this article is set by the Municipal Council.
If they complied with the provisions of their own decree, they should no longer be collecting!

On Saturday we went to Jezerski Stog and in Bohinj paid the expected 10 euro parking fee. But on our parking slips it says Parking fee for passenger vehicle 5 eur. OK, since there were two of us in the car, she gave us 2 slips. As if parking is not per car but per person. But since you all probably paid 10 eur regardless of the number of passengers, I don't understand why they put so much effort to handwrite slips of 5 eur for 10 eur parking.

In my opinion, they gave you slips for parking on the parking lot, not for forest road use - the parking fee in Bohinj is collected till 31 Oct, the road use fee - as someone wrote - only till 15 Oct. Bohinjci.

They should finally legalize that the parking fee is the same all over Slovenia, Logarska, Robanov kot, Triglav park, Mangart road, etc. Not that everywhere they invent their own prices. I just know that everywhere our Slovenia is beautiful and worthy of respect, environmental protection is a priority for the WHOLE slo. But somewhere parking is 10 eur. (planina blato), somewhere 3.50 eur/(Vrata), Logarska 7 eur. and I won't list further, why such a difference really interests me, where does that money go???
