Winter Planjava is a very unpleasant tour. Actually, it's a traverse along a ledge over very steep terrain and in snow it's quickly very dangerous there. In reality, in winter the ascent through the Wisiak gully is more recommended, but for that you of course need much more snow.

No and very bad — think about the terrain of all three approaches and current avalanche conditions. Don't mess around.

Until it avalanches and quite some time after, you shouldn't even look into Repov kot.
In the pic from 2009 you can see what a filled Repov kot looks like when it pours from the meadows. Debris thick as an arm was torn into half-meter logs...

Completely winter conditions. If going from K. saddle, check yesterday's pic of Sukavnik. In '64 they taught me in 2nd grade of elementary school that mountain names are capitalized.

I was today on both Planjava summits via gully behind the gate - descent over Repov kot. Tour conditions excellent. Thaw snow that sinks just right for a step.
