Dom pod Storžičem is not bad, but has shady location where we'll freeze mostly. Only Boč remains. I would choose, if already going high, something completely third. Go to Na Višarje, Erjavčeva koča or Komna, Lp-Rok.

Looks like it really will be Boč. Ideas would be as many as forum participants! So hard to choose location this way.

I'm already looking forward! Whether Boč above Poljačne or whatever it's called. Not 100% sure, 25-27.12 I might celebrate Christmas puja in Rome (Jesus Christ) with yogis and Holy Mother. Otherwise Viharnik would gladly join you, so we don't just see each other through the screen and talk about how and what.

Well obviously we'll really meet at Boč, so now we need to agree on the date asap, because probably at Boč in December there's no free space anytime. Štajerci, if you've prevailed on the forum I suggest you take over the further organization. So collect sign-ups, reserve space etc. I'll happily come to eat and drink.

Wherever it will be, just let it happen. Definitely regarding location the goat won't stay whole and the wolf won't be sated.
Whoever has desire and possibility (free time or no obligations), will just come, wherever the meeting is.
Geppo is quite right. This will be "get-to-know party" and not hiking tour. And if the meeting succeeds, which I don't doubt, next year we can meet in summer season somewhere in "non-useful world".

No U2 and Helena Blagne at meeting. They're booked!!!

Yes, Geppo, I'm jumping ahead. If the meeting, most likely at Boč, succeeds, I have in mind we'd meet next year some nice weekend at Vršič. For less demanding Slemenova Špica, for a bit more demanding Mojstrovka or Prisojnik via the easiest, for even more demanding Mojstrovka or Prisojnik via one of the secured. For the craziest into some wall. After the tour "picnic" at Koča na Gozdu, at Mareta's.
But that's still far...........

Yes, given the dates it might be a good decision for the weekend of 19,20 December. On Christmas we usually celebrate with family, New Year's is anyway one big mess. Well, this year too I'll launch a battery of Beli biseri rockets on the nearby meadow.

Tadej and others present, I suggest the weekend of 12 or 13 December. Since 19 and 20 are right before holidays, some might already be leaving for vacations of one kind or another. Plus the popular pre-holiday shopping  etc. Plus 12 or 13 is right between St. Nicholas and Christmas, so maybe easier regarding space.
Saturday 12.12 might be suitable. And not too late, start around 16h would be appropriate. Just enough before dark so those who don't know the location won't get too lost  . And if we "get lost", we can "bivouac" until Sunday, ha ha.
Since there will probably be lively debate about the date too, I suggest Tadej puts two weekends to vote and whatever happens !
