@hočo the path is almost entirely dry, except right before the last ascent to Jezersko sedlo there's one patch of snow which can be crossed without problems

How are the Rinkes this year, is there still any snow patch on the way to the top or is it dry? I'm interested in the route Okrešelj - Mrzli dol - Križ and then return via Turski žleb?

Conditions Mrzli dol - Križ: Mrzli dol has one more small snow patch, which can be crossed normally without winter gear. Otherwise the path is apparently still officially closed, protections are in very poor condition on some parts - pulled out pegs, several are wobbly, but still one can get past nicely. For the experienced it shouldn't be a problem.
For the way back down though I warmly recommend Turski žleb, also completely dry and with much more reliable protections

There are only two approaches to the summit. Either from that shady northern one, which I assume they'll repair. Or from that sunny southern side (On that one they don't have much to repair, it's a walk to the top).
At the top they'll do very little work, probably a bit lower

Anyway, the very difficult path will be closed! This applies to the path from Mrzli dol, which joins the path from Ledin, and the path from Ledin!

Is the path over Žmavcarje to the bivouac under Skuta easily traceable? Same question for the path from bivouac then to the marked path leading to Rinke? Thanks for the answer.

To the bivouac no problem, above the bivouac just up the rocky ridge, cairns aplenty.
