From the tour to Srebotnik I took this.

This chapel is attached to the inn in Frankolovo.

Dolenjska is known for the fact that the most pious people in Slovenia live here. Branch churches stand on large hillocks. It is full of chapels and crosses. Our visit to Nebes from Šentrupert was no exception.

From yesterday from Pohorje. We wandered around Pokljuka and among other things also viewed the church of the Three Kings, which is near the Veliki vrh ski slope, which actually belongs to Bistriško Pohorje. It's the southern part of Veliki vrh -1200-1347m. It has four slopes - they're making a fifth one.

It's a real little basilica, which they completed in 1732. They built it on the site where three crosses stood. It's 22m long, 8m wide, 5.5m high. The church has a triangular apse, sacristy and bell tower in front of the west facade. The bell tower has a pointed arched entrance. The roof is local - slate.

We hiked on the island of Cres. Better said, we strolled.

We stayed above the small town of Beli. This is the church in the center of the settlement. It is called Presentation of the Mother of God in the Temple.

Nearby is also this chapel. I did not find out to whom it is dedicated.

At this place is the hill Kalvarija and the way of the cross leads there.

All stations are carved into this stone like this. These stations are so similar that I missed some or photographed some twice.

On the top of Kalvarija there is also this cross.

On a hike through the olive groves we saw these three chapels.

Among the olive trees are these crosses.

After an hour and a half we reached the church.

We arrived at an abandoned village by the sea, which the villagers abandoned already in the 16th century.

These are the ruins of the church of St. Blaise, which was completely destroyed after World War II.

Along the coast of the town of Cres we encounter the church of St. Mary Magdalene.

The central church in the town of Cres is the church of Our Lady of the Snow.

The atrium of the church of St. Anthony at the cemetery in Beli is interesting; it also serves as a cemetery.

Cute chapel on Brški planina - I will still find out to whom it is dedicated.

I photographed this on the path through the Šavrinsko Hills in three villages - Nova vas, Krkavče and Sv. Peter. Interestingly, there are no crosses, which are usual elsewhere, and no chapels either.

Second time around the Šavrinsko hills. This time on the hike, which was successfully carried out. I even went to the cemetery before Krkavče village and rang for three wishes. In Krkavče village we got lucky that the sexton was just working in St. Michael's church and we could look at the church. All churches in villages St. Peter, Krkavče and Nova vas are chapels of ease and liturgy happens only on holidays and funerals like last time in Nova vas.

This I took on the day of mass hike Po Vrtovčevih poteh on Sunday 19.11.2023. Mostly almost all churches were open. At Planina in St. Kancijan church I even ran into service.

The last church on the hike was not open. It is in Ustje village - the church of St. Just. I haven't seen the other churches in the village yet.

Yesterday Pondeljkovci retirees section at PD Škofja Loka had conclusion at Crngrob in local inn. First time I was up there at all. Went direct from barracks on meadow and forest paths. Back on road. Unfortunately sexton at Crngrob lost somewhere and couldn't see church inside. But took this time quite a lot of these sacral objects-mean chapels and crosses.
