I really recommend going to the mountains max three. Met two hiker groups on Sunday, 10/group. Slow, chatty, no fitness, excuse the term, another shitter dragged behind, I overtook them instantly because I have VERY much fitness even 15km from car is a joke for me. I shot ahead like a Ferrari, they lagged behind like Fiats.

@ ljubitelj gora!! Usually don't bother with such self-lovers and bullies and I think forum is for mountain conditions info but can't skip your post. If you have "VERY" much fitness others not, and not speaking of "shitter" word, doesn't mean you have the right to judge.:@ If such mountain lover, you should know everyone has the right to mountains, fat, thin, fast or slow.. Important is to participate not to win!!!

And at least that much respect, that they let me pass.
I have to praise FOREIGNERS, even before I reach them they already step aside, and even greet you.

I don't have bad experiences, neither with ours nor with foreign hikers.. And I always step aside if someone wants to overtake me.. But recently I barely managed to catch a lady who would have slipped into the abyss, because she was stepping aside for crazy people who were "running" up Nanos, as if they were giving away something for free up there..

Rober, Andi and I are living proof that the forum serves its purpose well. We met for the first time, went together to Kamniški vrh and got along great. I hope we'll be an encouragement to other forum members too.

Hello, administrator, hello, can you hear me!? This topic is obviously current and successful, so it's essential to put it on the portal's front page, somewhere left in that blue menu column or navigation or whatever it's called - so it's always visible and reachable with one click! Since we're on the topic of forum clarity - can you see new posts from my last visit somewhere? Or posts in the last 24 hours, etc. Some forums (e.g. vbulletin) allow this. I recently registered on this site and have trouble following. In the worst case, a small sql query and a few lines in php could read this data from the db. If any technical help is needed on this portal (sql, php, css, xslt, ajax, etc.), I can help.
