J.Grega, perhaps better ascent via Križ and descent via Turski gully.. depending on your psychophysical readiness. All together cca. 10 hours marked. See: http://www.hribi.net/trenutnerazmere.asp?slo=1&gorovjeid=3&id=589 and http://www.hribi.net/izlet/koca_pod_slapom_rinka_koroska_rinka_kriz_/3/387/1741 and http://www.hribi.net/izlet/koca_pod_slapom_rinka_turska_gora_skozi_turski_zleb/3/391/1792 Good luck!

Can someone suggest a tour to Turska gora via Turski gully, so to return back to parking at dom planincev. Don't want the tour longer than 10 hours. Preferably less.

If you step well, then via Planjava to Škarije and to valley. Arrive direct at Dom PlanincevmežikanjeIn kotliči due to landslide a bit harder.
Second option descent from Koroška Rinka to Savinjsko sedlo, but also there some complain about landslide

Best go back same way, no other
Good luck

Path Turska gora - Kamniško sedlo is closed and impassable due to landslide. So out at least for now. Via Koroška Rinka and Savinjsko sedlo? Also questionable there... There are so many nice hiking paths and peaks - wait a bit until things settle...

Next year remains for you, probably winter comes first before they can fix Kotliči.

‼️ Between 27th and 29th July on Hanzova path to Prisojnik and on path from Kamniško sedlo towards Turska gora there will be more demanding and prolonged maintenance works. Recommend using other approaches to mentioned peaks. ‼️

Careful & good luck on all paths! ⛰

On Hanzovi there are probably at least four spots that were previously marked with a marker. At the second one a rockfall is forming, at the third the second peg is very loose, at the fourth the cable was torn and fixed with insulating tape. The rest seemed fine to me.

@redbull and @Janez Seliškar, the question was rhetorical. Both have already in the past "corrected" users not to post/ask etc. in the right thread. That's why I posed the question.

Thanks for the tips. We went through the gully to Turska gora. We returned the same way. Early in the morning it was very cold and windy. Before it cleared up we were back at Okrešelj.

Drove to halfway between Logar Valley and parking under Rinka. Plans were also Rinka and maybe Turska goracool but unfriendly weathermrk pogled at top of Turski gully turned us back to the valleymežikanje. It blew like crazyeek plus fog on topzavijanje z očmi, otherwise conditions quite good for hikingmežikanje, no crowdsmežikanje. We brightened the day with a visit to Potocka zijalkavelik nasmeh and its stalactitesvelik nasmehvelik nasmehvelik nasmeh.

Can someone tell me what the difficulty of the winter ascent through Turski gully is - e.g. compared to Jalovec couloir?
(+1)like
dprapr3. 05. 2018 20:14:17
They are very similar, only that in the couloir the steep part above is noticeably longer and at the edge even steeper awaits you further to the top of Jalovec.
At the gully edge, however, you have quite a few easier peaks available, and that steep part is already behind you.
In both you can get something on your head, there is more of it in the couloir.

Today I "worked on" the eastern part of KSA - morning Turska gora, afternoon also the attraction that's current now - Matkov škaf. Lots said and will be said about the škaf in the next days, so I'll focus on Turska gora. Snow starts on the flat at Okrešelj, then more and more of it, so aids in the gully mostly under snow. Snow was soft, but care against slipping is needed, lots of falling rocks too. Steepest part in gully right below summit. Towards Turska gora a bit mixed - dry and snow. Oh yeah and this - road over Pavličevo sedlo is normally drivable. There might be disruptions, as on Austrian side along the whole length by the road there are fallen trees and it looks pretty awful. Also in Logarska dolina everything is down, but mostly already cleared.
Slap Rinka is very full of water at this time, and there is also much water on the path above the waterfall.1
