Just did 3km round Pržanj-Dolnice. Snow is completely dry, heavy snowing and height is rising fast. Now there's almost 10cm of new snow. Pržanj snow depth peculiarity is between air stream from north via Gorenjska Šentvid coming to us and circling around Lj Barje. Municipal workers are surprised and laughing at snow height. Some fresh impressions from winter Lj-Pržanj.

LG yeah on which plateau do you live, since on Katarina it's around 80cm.
Here we have over half a meter, it has settled a bit-southern.

Yes, crazy. You wouldn't believe, but on Saturday we went to stretch our legs on Cicarija, there is 0.5-0.7 m of snow, and Saturday afternoon another snow blizzard started. Old folks say they don't remember so much snow on Cicarija in last 30 years. Brgudac in Istria, nmv 700 m, Korita-Brajkov peak nmv 1050 m. Here some pics ...

Just like everywhere in Slovenia, quite some snow fell in Bohinj too. But of course we couldn't talk about record amounts (not even a meter fell in the valley).
Of course it's a whole different story in higher villages, pastures and mountains.

It seemed spring had arrived, but then forecasters predict cooling and snow next week, which I'm really happy about!
