Really, Otiv? But it looked so small in reality, almost barely noticeable. Probably just peeked out of the ground. Thanks. mežikanjeAnd next time too.velik nasmeh

Aha, I forgot to write something: otiv, Zlatica, check the differences between great speedwell and Barrelier's speedwell (Veronica barrelieri) and you'll figure out which one is on pictures 47, 48nasmehnasmeh

I see I goofed again velik nasmeh with the speedwell name. Of course it's Barrelier's speedwell at Zlatica's and not the great one.
Sorry, Zlatica nasmeh

Zlatica is not angry at all velik nasmeh, because Otiv, by directing me to the speedwell, I started studying them a bit more and based on the leaves I began thinking that maybe it is indeed Barrelier's (uh, what a complicated name!) speedwell and that I will ask you one more time based on the attached leaf rosette picture. I didn't upload it in the first round, so your replacement is also more logical. Well, Apolonija already intervened in the meantime and obviously put things in their place.. Nevertheless, I'm adding two unpublished pictures of this speedwell for better recognizability. Thanks to both for collaborating, as through such mistakes one remembers the flower species much better. I hope you both are now convinced it's Barrelier's s., and I saw it in the wild for the first time. lp nasmehnasmeh

My dear, I'm learning with you too. I knew some speedwells, many I don't yet, some names fade over winter, some are hard to remember at all.... Zlatica, you were already wondering right away how such a small plant will become so large when grown - (up to 100 cm), but the flowers with a violet tint also told me they don't belong to the great one.
Otiv, you know many plants, even though you said you prefer photographing, and you've helped many times.nasmeh

Flowers from pathless beautiful Bavščica - from Stadorje and Zagorelca.
Alpine vetchling.1
The dilemma now is whether it is the common or narrow-lobed crane's-bill.2
The growth here is different and it grew in a completely different habitat.3
Jacquin's gentian.4
Mountain foxglove.5
Checkered lily.6
Turk's cap lily, Carniolan lilies were also plentiful.7
Spring crocus.8
Clusius' crocus.9
Round-leaved globularia.10
It really wonderfully fills those rocky crevices.11
I saw three species of gentian.12
This one has such leaves.13
This is another species.14
Mountain wormwood.15
Taken at the top of Stadorja 2025m - rhelikanijeva murka (black murka). Since it was taken with a mobile phone the picture is poor. The color was darker than shown.16
Right nearby I spotted the rarer widderova murka, which is similar to the kamniška one and grows only in the Julijci in our country.17
Should be bela homulica.18
This popon or sončece grew on the top of Stadorja - 2025 - it is small alpine popon.19
This popon however grows much lower among grasses and is tall-growing - the flower is much larger.20
Common milnica - completely white.21
Vratič.22
I noticed only this type of kukavice.23
Mint.24
Fritschev glavinec.25
Gorski or triumfettijev glavinec that is now a dilemma. But I saw at least two more pink species.26
Flowers of skorjasti kamnokreč.27
Flowers of okroglolistni kamnokreč, klinolistni one has already finished blooming.28
Grozdasti kamnokreč.29
I found several sites.30
In Bavščica there are full of sites of korenikasta krvomočnica.31
Yellow naprstec - Digitalis lutea.32
33
Smiljka.34
Julijski mak.35
Yellow milje.36
Sharp speedwell - it has not yet bloomed.37
Creeping gypsophila.38
Flowers of the common dog's-tooth violet.39
Upright star-of-Bethlehem.40
Heart-leaved foamflower.41
Fritillary.42
Fireplace.43
It has such leaves.44
Stemless catchfly.45
Mountain forget-me-not.46
There is a lot of common fragrant orchid.47
There is a lot of alpine pink.48
Flower of the thick-leaved thistle.49
On the Bala pasture sticky flax dominates. Higher there is also July flax - it is light blue.50
Small houseleek.51
Grit sandwort.52
Scarlet-red clover - Trifolium rubens.53
Lots of yarrow is pink-tinted.54
About two or four weeks ago there were whole fields of Illyrian iris - I found the last unopened flower.55
Hairy lady's mantle.56
Red slizek.57
There is a huge amount of Zahlbruckner's hawkweed. I found three other species as well.58
I found clustered bellflower for the first time.59
This bellflower was extremely tall in the tall grass. It is the broad-leaved bellflower.60
There are many Carnic bellflowers - I found two other small species as well.61
Traunfellner's golden saxifrage.62
Interesting grass.63
These low flowers are quite common on dry sites, on flat fine scree. If I looked correctly, close to Zlatica it is hairy črvinka.64
I found this white low flower for the first time. I think I discovered an unknown kamnokreč for me. It should be recognized by these unusual leaves. It grows in rock crevices hidden from rain.65
It grows in the shade in the beech forest in rock crevices, has interesting leaves. It should be rock kamnokreč.66

Otiv, you've gathered nice flowers again, even mullein was among themvelik nasmeh and as I see, quite a few special specimens of wild carnation you found.
Branko, I've already missed you quite a bit, when will you show up. I'm glad you wandered in areas of mountains more unknown to me. The preobjeda on pic.3 really stands out a bit from the usual. lp

Recently I wandered again on pastures below Kamniški vrh, mainly to photograph the fine-leaved flax again, which I found last time and hasn't been observed on this terrain yet (according to Alenka Mihorič, who maintains the Flowers of Kamniški vrh page); then for you some other observed flowers..... lpmežikanje

Today on Kozjek at Jezersko I was looking for the variant rockrose and found it. I've been searching for it for two years - third time's the charm. This rockrose is rare and rarely found.

For five years now I've been specially dedicated to rockroses and searching for rockroses that I haven't found here yet. This is already the second new one in my collection this year. Yellow-colored ones are almost none. At home on the rock garden I have a couple cultivated - bought from Golob-Klančič. The data on locations I found in the handbook of our author.

Here are the other flowers from the path from Kozjek. I only went to the rockrose site, because I know what kind of site it has and where I should find it.

This is Kniphofia-I don't know the Slovenian name. We call it raketice too. I've had it for a long time. It's a perennial and spreads a lot. It's winter hardy. I haven't noticed it in Klančič-Golob perennials offer. Years ago I bought dried seedlings.

Brane, you told Ločanka correctly. She photographed Kniphofia, torch lily, (because the inflorescence reminds of a torch), at home we call it, as you wrote, also raketica (due to colors).

But you are mistaken about the offer at Golob's, because I saw them a good month ago. She has five different ones.

Also some other nurseries and Merkur, Obi.... sell them often.
