Today we were botanists at Zelenica. We only got to the middle of the ski slope under the Vrtača hut, then we ran out of storage material. We had study hours.

I had a sea of time and photographed all screes of Begunjščica.

Men - sturdy as always. Already conquered!

Left easier one I already tried - but didn't go to the end. Need to gather courage and have a ferrata climber ahead who keeps me on rope.

Vrtača - need to go see where the bypass due to collapse is now.

Need to go up also by SE ridge Mala glava and through eastern gully Y - I know it's more demanding.

Yesterday was our second day botanizing around Zelenica. I looked more at the peaks that were calling me.

Past Dom pri izviru Završnice. Drought noticeable - no springs above.

Continuation of the summits beyond Stol towards Vrtača.

Here it ends, below on the right is the saddle. From the saddle we descend to the Austrian side to Celovška koča.

In Kožnah - you can see that big boulder. I had already descended the scree to it when returning from Celovška koča.

As far as I remember, there was water at this place, sometimes more - sometimes less, so, Tadej, this is not from yesterday, but it's just such an area.

Well said, Bojan, soon the owners of Zelenica will realize the mistake and due to flooding and consequent soil erosion of the newly created paths, start digging into the embankments. Nature is very intelligent and always right before human ego mind.
