Description:
Donabaumscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2732 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.2 km west-northwest of peak Amertaler Höhe. The nearest mountain hut is Staudleralm, located 4km south-southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Karl-Fürst-Hütte, which is located 1.5km to the east. South-southeast from the saddle there is glacier Daberkees, 2 km east-northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Landeggkees. West-southwest of the saddle is the valley Tauerntal.
