Description:
Glockenkogelscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2720 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.5 km northeast of peak Glockenkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Staudleralm, located 3km southwest. Closer is bivouac Karl-Fürst-Hütte, which is located 2km to the northeast. 0.8 km north-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Daberkees, 3 km northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Landeggkees. West of the saddle is the valley Tauerntal.
