Frögegg is 2374 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located in country Austria 4 km east-southeast from the center of Außergschlöß and 5 km east from the center of Innergschlöß. The nearest mountain hut is Staudleralm, located 1.8km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Karl-Fürst-Hütte. 5 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Landeggkees, 6 km east from the summit there is also glacier Granatspitzkees.
