Description:
Frögwand is 1954 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km west-southwest of peak Haupmerkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Staudleralm, located 1.7km southeast. A little further is bivouac Karl-Fürst-Hütte. 6 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Landeggkees, 7 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Sonnblickkees.
