Ebener First is 3034 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located 4 km north-northeast from the center of Pfelders - Plan and 5 km west from the center of Moos in Passeier - Moso in Passiria. The nearest mountain hut is Zwickauer Hütte - Rifugio Plan, located 4km southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Rauhjoch Biwak, which is located 0.7km to the south. 1.5 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Westlicher Seeber Ferner, 1.9 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Hochfirstferner. The peak is located south of the valley Timmelstal.
